I help women understand their bodies, identify the root causes affecting their fertility, and take confident, natural steps toward pregnancy — using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I know how it feels to want answers that nobody seems to have.
In my clinic, I have sat with hundreds of women who arrived feeling confused, dismissed, or quietly desperate. Women who had done everything right — the apps, the timing, the supplements, the appointments — and still felt like something was missing.
What they were missing, more often than not, was not a medical intervention. It was understanding.
Nobody had taken the time to explain what their period colour meant. Or why their cycles were irregular. Or what the connection was between their chronic exhaustion, their digestive troubles, and the fact that they were not getting pregnant. Nobody had given them a framework for their own body.
That framework exists. It has existed for over two thousand years. And it is what I have spent my career learning, practising, and now teaching.
Why I built the Holistic and Natural Fertility Method
Two worlds, one practice
I trained first as a nurse — a Bachelor of Nursing gave me a rigorous grounding in Western anatomy, physiology, and clinical care. I understood hormones, reproductive biology, and the medical management of fertility conditions. I worked in clinical settings and saw first-hand what conventional medicine does brilliantly.
But I also saw its limits. I saw women with 'normal' results who were clearly not well. I saw symptom lists that medicine treated separately — the fatigue, the painful periods, the anxiety, the digestive issues — that in Chinese medicine are all part of the same picture.
So I went deeper. I trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, earning my Diploma in Acupuncture TCM, and began studying the system that had been treating women's reproductive health for millennia — long before hormones had names, long before ultrasound existed.
What I found changed the way I understood the human body entirely.
"TCM does not treat a diagnosis. It treats a person. It asks not just what is wrong, but why — and it has precise, systematic answers."
What TCM gave me that Western training did not
In Chinese medicine, the menstrual cycle is a window into the whole body. The colour of your blood, the timing of your cycle, the presence of clots, the quality of your sleep in the week before your period — all of these are data points in a coherent diagnostic picture.
When a woman tells me she has painful periods with dark, clotty blood, that she feels cold most of the time, that she is exhausted after her period ends, and that her cycles are often late — I do not see a list of separate complaints. I see a TCM pattern. I see a direction for treatment.
That pattern has a name. It has dietary implications. It has lifestyle modifications. It responds to specific foods, specific practices, and in clinical settings, to acupuncture and Chinese herbs.
Most of my patients had never been told any of this. Not because their doctors did not care — but because Western medicine and TCM are simply looking at the body through different lenses. Both are valid. Both are valuable. Used together, they are powerful.
Why I built the Holistic and Natural Fertility Method
After more than fifteen years in clinical practice — working with women trying to conceive naturally, women preparing for IVF, women with PCOS, endometriosis, unexplained infertility, and recurrent loss — I noticed something consistent.
The women who did best were not always the ones with the best test results or the most aggressive treatment plans. They were the ones who understood their bodies. Who had learned to read their cycles. Who had made targeted changes to their diet and daily habits based on their individual TCM pattern. Who felt like active participants in their own fertility journey rather than passive recipients of medical protocols.
I wanted to give that knowledge to women who did not have access to a TCM practitioner. Women in countries where Chinese medicine is barely known. Women who could not afford regular clinic visits. Women who simply wanted to understand what was happening inside their own bodies.
The Holistic and Natural Fertility Method is the programme I wish had existed for every woman who ever sat across from me in my clinic and said: 'Nobody has ever explained it to me like this before.'
This programme is not about replacing your medical care. It is about filling in the gaps — giving you the knowledge, the tools, and the confidence to work with your body as well as with your doctors.
Training, qualifications, and experience
My practice is built on the intersection of two distinct medical traditions — each rigorous, each essential.
Western medical training
- Bachelor of Nursing Studies
- Registered Nurse in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom
- Extensive experiences in acute, medical, specialist medical care
- Deep understanding of reproductive biology and hormones
- Familiarity with fertility investigations, IVF protocols, and medical management
- Experience working in clinical healthcare settings
Traditional Chinese Medicine
-
Acupuncture, Diagnosis & Microsystems Degree Level Diploma with Distinction
-
Chinese Herbal Medicine & Traditional Diagnosis Degree Level Diploma with Distinction
- Specialisation in pain management, women's health and reproductive system support
- Continuous studying in TCM and fertility TCM
- Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture (In progress)
This dual training is what makes my approach distinctive. I can read your hormone panel and your BBT chart. I can understand your IVF protocol and your TCM pattern simultaneously. I can speak the language of both worlds — and translate between them for you
What I believe about fertility
Your body is not failing you
One of the most damaging things that can happen on a fertility journey is the belief that your body is broken. That it is working against you. That you are somehow defective.
In fifteen years of practice, I have never once believed that about a patient. What I have seen, consistently, is a body doing exactly what it is designed to do given the conditions it is working in — conditions that can very often be changed.
Symptoms are not failures. They are communication. Dark, clotty periods are not just 'bad periods.' Late cycles are not just inconvenient. Exhaustion after your period is not just normal. These are your body's way of telling you that something in its environment needs attention.
"When you learn to listen to your body — really listen, with the right framework — the information is there. It has been there all along."
Knowledge is one of the most powerful fertility tools available
I have seen women make significant shifts in their cycle health and fertility simply by understanding their TCM pattern and making targeted changes to how they eat, how they rest, and how they care for themselves across the month.
Not everyone needs acupuncture. Not everyone needs herbs. Many women need, first and foremost, to understand what is happening in their body and why — and then to act on that understanding consistently.
That is what this programme delivers.
Natural and conventional medicine are not opposites
I want to be clear about something: I deeply respect Western reproductive medicine. IVF has given countless families the children they longed for. Medical diagnosis is essential. Hormone investigations matter.
What I offer is not an alternative to that care. It is a complement to it. TCM and conventional medicine look at the same body through different lenses, and the women who use both thoughtfully tend to feel more informed, more supported, and more in control of their journey.
The Holistic and Natural Fertility Method
Everything I have learned across fifteen years of clinical practice — about the menstrual cycle, TCM fertility patterns, nutrition, cycle tracking, and natural fertility support — is structured into this online programme.
It is designed for women anywhere in the world who want to understand their bodies deeply and take a holistic, evidence-informed approach to their fertility.
Inside the programme, you will find:
- A complete guide to the four phases of your menstrual cycle and what each one means for fertility
- How to track your fertile window using cervical mucus and basal body temperature — the body literacy that changes everything
- A structured framework for identifying your dominant TCM fertility pattern
- Nutrition guidance for general hormonal health and for specific conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and anovulation
- Home remedies and lifestyle modifications tailored to your individual pattern

Two membership options are available: the Self-Pace Membership at £288 for twelve months access, and the Guided Coaching Membership at £960 for those who want personal, practitioner-led support alongside the programme.
A personal note
If you are reading this page, you are probably somewhere on a fertility journey that has asked a great deal of you. Emotionally, physically, practically.
I want you to know that what you are experiencing is not invisible to me. I have sat with enough women — and heard enough stories — to understand the particular weight of this kind of hoping.
I also want you to know that I have seen things change. Cycles regulate. Symptoms resolve. Pregnancies happen — in women who had almost stopped believing they would.
Not always. Not with a guarantee. But with the right knowledge, the right support, and a body that is genuinely being listened to — more often than you might think.
"Your body already knows how to conceive. The key is learning how to listen to it."
I hope this programme gives you that.
With warmth,
